Customers should know that pricing is straightforward and competitive, with no hidden fees. Rates are based on the number of movers and hours needed. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, referrals, or off-peak moves—just ask when booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the details of the move to understand the customer’s needs, timeline, and size of the job. I then provide clear pricing, schedule the service, arrive on time, and complete the work efficiently while treating all items with care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in professional moving backed by training in safe lifting and loading techniques. All of our employees are trained on proper lifting methods that protect their bodies and your belongings. We also train our team to load trucks following industry-recommended practices: placing heavy items first near the front, distributing weight evenly side-to-side, stacking boxes from heaviest on the bottom to lightest on top, using moving pads/blankets, and securing everything with straps to prevent shifting during transit. This approach keeps the load stable, maximizes space, and helps ensure safe driving throughout your move.
