Training with Michael has helped me get on my path towards my personal fitness goals. I started my training program by working out on my own. I would read or look online on how to do certain exercise. However, I hit a plateau with training on my own and needed guidance. To have Michael as a trainer is my 1st experience with a professional. So I was a bit apprehensive when the program started. He built my routine with basic exercise and with the attention on proper form. For me this is why having a trainer is so important. It made my exercise session efficient and safe. Since I started the program with Michael, I have gained confidence in using the various machines in the gym and knowing how and when to lift properly. I really enjoy the workout session with Michael since every session is different with new exercises and new challenges. Training with Michael is never boring! There is always something new! Thank you!

Very pleased with visible results after 10 weeks working with Michael. I'm stronger and healthier. Michael encourages me to push myself and makes sure I have good form. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer!

Michael is one of the best trainers I have ever had, and I definitely saw major changes in my body and mind. I would still be using Michael if I had not moved out of town. I would recommend him to anyone that is serious about wanting a better body.

I've been working out with Michael for 5 years .... he is a consumate professional ..... always shows up on time .. has lots of experience in training clients ... knows the human anatomy very well ..... is creative in his training ...sessions are not boring ..... he's also very personable ..... and he does push me a little harder that I would push myself so that I get the full benefit of the session .... if you are serious about working out, you will see the results of training with him
