Thank you Olivette. During your closet organization process we removed all the garments in the closet, decluttered all the items that were no longer being used and donated them. We also ordered a shoe rack from Amazon, purchased four bins from Walmart for additional closet storage and hung up all the items that remained and arranged them by color. Our scheduled trip was for three hours but we extended our time for a total of six hours and left your closet looking like a whole new room! Olivette was ready to move on to other rooms after our trip! I look forward to working with you again, soon.

I was hired to pack Leslie’s china cabinet during Memorial weekend. It was a two hour packing job. Prior to visiting this location I asked for an idea about items being packed as well as ensuring this client had her own supplies. When I arrived she had heavy duty boxes and some newspaper. So I provided my heavy duty wrapping paper, bubble wrap and other moving supplies to this client, a value of $40 but I only charged her $25. Leslie sat at the table while I wrapped each item and the whole two hours passed without incident. Two weeks later when I asked for a review, Leslie explained she decided to re-wrap the three boxes that I put together not liking the wrapping job. I have learned that people have an attachment to things with a historical investment. I pack these items as secure as possible. However, in two years, I’ve never packed a client who discovered a broken item. And professional movers can lift and move china without incident. I also provided a significant discount on the limited packing supplies that I had and never cashed the check for $25... Not knowing there was an issue. It’s always most helpful for a client to provide their own packing supplies to ensure your satisfaction on your precious and delicate items. Providing newspapers for expensive china and leaving me a low review is disappointing.
