Firstly, after culinary school, I worked for a hotel, then opened a mobile cupcake business. After the market became saturated with food truck, and by happenstance, I started making cakes and pastries with more of an adult them. Everything from using infused fruits, to beer & wine flavored pastries. One of my strengths, is helping people. So when the opportunity to teach clients how to cook & bake. I jumped on the chance. Cooking isn't just about eating. It's about loving what you do, sharing, and enjoying the over all experience. The happiness it brings them. To see someone full of joy as they admire this masterpiece. Or seeing their eyes light up with that first perfect bite.
