I hired her for a make up and hair the day of the wedding June 25th and a trial run the day before the wedding. I was living in Mexico and getting married in Houston, I didn't have time to have a trial run with more time so I decided take it the day before. I also hired her for 2 bridal party (my mom and my mother in law) The trial run- She did my make up first but I didn't like it so much, not for the most important day of my life. I saw her portfolio before and like her work but I didn't like how she did it on my face.....anyways it was good to know what I didn't like. Then I showed her a picture of the hair I wanted but she didn't do anything because my hair extension had argan oil.....I was so nervous and worry because I had no ideas how was going to be my hair next day. I didn't like my make up and she didn't do my hair!!!!!! The next day was my wedding day, she arrived on time did my make up more like I wanted because I told her all the details I would like to improve and she was very accessible, finally my make up and hair was ok .....it was not what I was expecting. I left the hotel cause I had my photo shoot, I asked my wedding planner to pay her according to our contract but she asked for extra money it was not in our contract and my mom decided giver the money cause they didn't want to interrupt me. Put a deposit and the after 5 different rescheduled appointment last because she couldn't meet the previously agreed time, I drove an hr to her studio and waited 30 mins and she never showed up. After many emails and texts I got my deposit back, but I would was not going to trust her with my wedding makeup.
