Chef Brian brought forth one of the most special nights I’ve had with my family to date. With 10 loved ones, with a new baby, a toddler, extensive care for another family member, no one had the energy or time to prepare, cook, or facilitate an extensive celebration for several birthdays past due. Chef Brian came highly recommended by a friend, and left a member of the family that night. The food was to die for. The early morning prep prompted fresh breakfast staples and cappuccinos while filling the house with seasonal aromas all day. Closer to dinner time, he brought in a sous chef and sommelier to elevate the evening and indulge us in Michelin grade service. Every bite was straight out of the best restaurant I’ve had. The soup joined our family recipe book, and reappeared at thanksgiving. The bread was made from scratch on our countertop and melted in our mouthes hours later. The carrots were fought over and the pancetta dessert was licked clean. We were all so busy enjoying so many delicious home cooked dishes served like we were in our own restaurant, no one fought, bickered, or looked tired that evening. Chef Brian was charismatic and professional and accommodated everyone’s allergies with not one compromise on flavor. Every single dish was cleaned and the kitchen was spotless by the end of the night. We hired him again 1 month later, and now he cooks dinner for my family a couple times a week. Do not hesitate to hire Chef Brian for anything from a meal that makes you smile to an evening dinner service experience that’ll put most fancy restaurants to shame. Chef Brian is a GEM and his talent and passion is one of those rare combinations that was a privilege to experience before everyone discovers his food and is all booked up! Thank you Chef Brian!!
