- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every catering order is customized to meet the clients needs because we do offer a large variety in cuisines, so to have a price listed for every menu item would be impossible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we want to customize a menu tailored to the clients preferences and afterwards depending on the occasion schedule a consultation, sign contracts, and pay a deposit. We try and work with all budgets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Houston Community College Culinary Arts Program. I've also worked for one of the largest catering companies in the United States and received extensive training.
