- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a culinary school graduate who was told I would not succeed if I didn't eat animal protein. The buzz for vegetarian/vegan restaurants had not yet happened, So I'm making my own buzz!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done one-time,special occasion dinners,weekly/bi-weekly delivered cold packaged meals, and cooking classes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Discuss your likes and dislikes. After all taste is subjective and if you are the client it's really all about you!
