- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly and relentlessly studying new recipes. All my friends and family love when I learn something new. I think they enjoy being my official taste testers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked off and on in restaurants for most of my life. After preparing tons of food in bulk, I found that more love goes into meals when prepared for smaller groups or couples.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Intimate dinners, small group parties, cooking classes, corporate team building events and backyard BBQs.
