Depends on how many people and what is prepared. How many dishes. Is it buffet or individual plates. How many courses are involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will ask the theme and come up with a menu options to cater the desire of the customer. Shop prep and deliver or cook at location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuously learning and perfecting my craft. I love to cook been cooking since I was 5 years old
