- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer custom quotes based on the space and goals for the project. Most organizing sessions are scheduled in 3–6 hour blocks, depending on the size and scope. Product recommendations (bins, containers, drawer inserts, etc.) are optional and discussed during your consult. I focus on creating systems that last — not quick surface resets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand what space you’d like organized and what’s not working. From there, I assess layout, habits, and storage opportunities. On project day, we declutter, categorize, and implement a functional system tailored to your lifestyle. My goal is to leave you with a space that’s easy to maintain — not just pretty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a professional organizer for over 10 years and have 5 years of experience in custom closet and storage system design. My background in both organizing and structural layout gives clients a unique advantage — I understand not just how to declutter a space, but how to design it to function better long-term.
