- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is customized, so pricing depends on the size of the space and the amount of organization needed. I provide free estimates based on photos or an in-home consultation. Organizing products such as bins, baskets, and hangers are purchased separately unless otherwise discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your goals and asking for photos of the space or scheduling a consultation. Then I create a personalized plan, recommend any organizing products if needed, and complete the project by sorting, decluttering, organizing, and labeling when appropriate. Before I leave, I’ll make sure you know how to maintain the system long-term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college education and several years of experience helping families manage and organize their homes. My background as a nanny and house manager strengthened my attention to detail, time management, and ability to create organized, functional spaces. I continue learning the latest organizing techniques and storage solutions to better serve my clients.
