- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are located in central Austin. There are fees for mileage and time of travel, if you live further than 30 minutes away from our location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients are given a one-time free consultation of their choosing through ********, an arranged *********, or a good old-fashioned **********. If all goes well, we provide a questionnaire to best streamline and accommodate each client’s individual needs within our services, saving our clients time and money. A summary is then provided, sent back for review with a request to schedule a start date for our project(s). If our clients’ are in a time crunch, we also offer a more time sensitive plan, in which we compact all steps into the initial phone call. This process usually extends and surpasses the complementary 45 minutes allowed, in which a charge of $35 per 30 minute extension.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 2 decades of experience and over 50 years combined. Nannies and personal assistants are what we have been and we believe are the best at knowing the ins and outs of what it truly takes to helps others reclaim their lives and peace of mind.
