Octavia has provided services for me over the past 6 years, including babysitting, cleaning, and organizing services. This review will focus on her organization services. Octavia has assisted me on numerous occasions with organizing various parts of my house, including my garage, bedroom closets and office space. This has been extremely helpful to me as my mother passed away a few years ago and grief had kept me from organizing and removing items from my home that reminding me of my mom. Given the sensitive nature of this situation, I was looking for someone who was not only a great organizer but sensitive to the sentimental nature of the things that were in my home. Octavia was definitely the right choice for the job. She flew from Houston, Texas to Richmond, Virginia on several occasions and spent multiple days helping me sort through and organize items in my space. In addition, she left me with an action plan of things I could do on my own when she left to keep things organized. Octavia was very caring, punctual, reliable, and reasonable in terms of cost for her services. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Octavia is so capable of understanding what needs to get done and how to do it. She helped me organize my pantry, fridge and closets in a way that makes everything more functional. Everything is STILL organized and accessible months afterwards because of small, simple design changes that make it easy to maintain myself without much effort. I would highly recommend her work to anyone who needs help with organization, but she’s also been invaluable in assisting me running a household. She’s highly skilled with anticipating needs, improving family/ household workflow… she’s very reliable, she has helped me so much and is very easy to work with.
