Acie has been my trainer for little over a year now. I never imagined I could be at this level at 45. It's not just about fitness ... every day before our session starts he says "how was your eating today" "did you write it down" I love that the focus is not just on exercise. He also hosts a killer Sunday morning boot camp. Great way to start my week! Definitely recommend him to anyone at any fitness level
