If you are looking for someone to change your life then please look into this program, Zaid has a vast knowledge of how good works and effects your body. I have tried every diet on the planet and exercise and would always get frustrated every time my weight would fluctuate. When I started this program I was 8lbs from being 300lbs. Joining this program changed my life by understanding how good works and being given a program that was filling and knowledgeable, as well as the freedom to create my own recipes to my liking. The amazing part about this program is if you indulge yourself one day, or a week, it doesn’t matter, because the moment that vacation is finished or that friend leaves town Zaid’s program keeps the weight off of your body and will never come back. I talk about food a lot in this review because anyone out there can teach you exercise programs and take your money, but Zaid’s understand not of how good works on your body is something you cannot put a price rage on, and is 80% of work. I just want to say Zaid, thank you for changing my life, for taking me from 292lbs and dropping me down to 256 and still keeping it off to this day a month later after your program, you will always be in the back of my mind as I continue my journey. Please join this program, I promise you that his meal prep program and his workout plans for any level is worth every dollar you spend.

Zaid is a great personal trainer. He really helped me lose weight and build muscles. Even though I didn't have much experience he taught me exercises to my best ability and worked with me on realistic goals.
