Introduction: I think outside the box. I will not have my clients do a lot of exercises that they can do at home alone. I try to make the experience both fun and challenging. I love helping people. I love seeing the joy on my clients' faces when they tell me they lost X amount of lbs. I love seeing my kids try something I told them to practice and they get excited when it works. I just love seeing them meet their goals and knowing I helped them do it!

Dori is my current personal trainer. She is very motivated to help her clients reach their goals. She works well worth pricing for situations that arise. She has a plan of things she wants you to accomplish. She is organized. I like that if there is something we can talk about it and it's worked out.

Doriane is very Good at What she does. Her work with children is outstanding. She is patient and makes the training and workouts fun for children. I have an 8 year old son who loves basketball. He looks forward to practice and he feels safe around her. I've worked out with her as Well and she was very motivating. I told her What I wanted to work on and she told me What exercises to do and explained each one. She also advised me on What foods to avoid and What foods and vitamins are Good for me. I highly recommend her. She's great and affordable!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge per session, but I offer different price points including; per session, per week and per month rates. I don't think it's very complicated, but as I pointed out before, I am more than willing to work with customers who have the drive but lack the funds demanded by most trainers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading up on articles, fitness magazines, watching videos etc to see what's new in fitness and sports, what's working and what's not. I like to look up new drills for my basketball clients and I'm always trying new exercises to incorporate into my fitness programs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a bit of a gym rat and people would always ask me to help them or give them advice on what they could do to reach their fitness goals. Last year I decided to take it a step further by taking the classes I needed to make sure I can provide accurate information.
