Introduction: I’ve been helping people take control of their health for almost two decades and have been a trainer to trainers for over half that time. I help people move better and guarantee those results. I educate on dozens of topics important to health that sadly aren’t often discussed. Personal Training

Adam has had to have been the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. When i look for a personal trainer there are 3 things that I look for. Initial conversation: 1) Does the trainer genuinely care about me as a client and not focused on just the money. 2) Does the trainer ask what my goals are and exercise history is like, and can he assure me that he has the knowledge and skills to help me. Program 1) does the trainer provide a full assesment during the first consultation that is fun, engaging and informative. Adam did all of this and so much more. If you truly want the best results for your body Adam is the best person for the job.
