Personal Training

Adam has had to have been the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. When i look for a personal trainer there are 3 things that I look for. Initial conversation: 1) Does the trainer genuinely care about me as a client and not focused on just the money. 2) Does the trainer ask what my goals are and exercise history is like, and can he assure me that he has the knowledge and skills to help me. Program 1) does the trainer provide a full assesment during the first consultation that is fun, engaging and informative. Adam did all of this and so much more. If you truly want the best results for your body Adam is the best person for the job.

Adam’s knowledge of the human body and anatomy is unparalleled when it comes to a personal trainer able to help solve physical ailments. His ability to not only diagnose body movement issues but to design movement SOLUTIONS to help one live a quality, less painful life, has impressed me time and again. I recommend LOCO to anyone seeking a better quality of life without pain in movement and WITHOUT western medicine trying to mask the symptoms.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with multiple trainers and Loco Movements is by far the best training/consulting I’ve ever experienced. Adam’s abundance of knowledge will have you constantly absorbing new information and improving multiple aspects of your life. Overall health and wellness is clearly the top priority and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I, myself, work in the fitness industry and I can whole heartedly say that Adam with Loco Movements is the best in the industry. He constantly is giving his time to educate other professionals around him, expecting nothing in return. He does this because he is passionate about helping others. He is constantly pursuing more education and openly shares what he has learned. If I have an issue with my own movement patterns, wellness, or even just need advice for a client of my own- I turn to Adam. If you are new to training or you have tried everything and don't know where to turn- turn to Adam- you will not regret it!
