FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
🚩Late to your appointment after 10 min grace period :
⚠️15 min & over : will forfeit your session (as I have multiple clients & cannot have the next client waiting)
⚠️You will be charged for that session.
🚩No call, no show :
⚠️Session will be charged in FULL.
🚩Constantly late or calling off (3x or more) :
⚠️Payment in FULL will be rendered (per contractual agreement)
✅ Communication 24/48 hours prior to your session will put you behind, but I will work with you on making that session up, if I have the ability and the flexibility to do so during my work week.
♥️ Once we agree on a time/date, you will not be charged at that point.
🛒Additional fees include but not limited to:
▪️Driving to the client 🚘
✔️I provide a garage gym for my clients, so no need to purchase a gym membership unless you absolutely prefer to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know a new client is important. Meeting with them for a *consultation* to go over any questions or concerns they may have about me or this new experience, for them as well as for myself, is crucial. We have to make sure that we’re a good fit for one another and that we have an understanding of what goals need to be met. Once that’s taken care of, I do an *assessment* of where they are, physically. Making sure to check for cues on any muscle imbalances or any uncomfortable feeling they may have BEFORE we begin with training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My spouse has been a personal trainer for over 8 years. I’ve had access to the NASM certified training books along with nutritional information that I personally had to research for myself when I was learning how to turn my life around after being diagnosed with GERD. Pair the knowledge of nutrition with the NASM certification manuals and you’ve got magic!
