Delilah was wonderful with my cats, for ten days. She provided frequent updates, and even helped to overcome being locked out on her first day, knowing how to escalate appropriately. I feel very fortunate. March 2025: I requested her services again, and she accepted. The following day, I suggested that we change how we communicate by asking her to send me a photo each day of the food she was feeding them. Why? She could not follow the simple instructions last time. I thought it would be fair to send me those instead of ones of an empty litter box. She then responded the follwing day saying something had come up, and she couldn't do it. My preference was to take down the original post, but that is not possible; thus this post. Thank you - Erich

Thank you again for the kind 5-star review you originally left after the January booking. I’m glad your cats were well cared for during the 10-day stay and that the updates were helpful at the time. When you contacted me again in March, I initially accepted the request but had a last-minute scheduling conflict and let you know the following day that I wouldn’t be able to take the booking. Because the visit ultimately did not take place, I wasn’t able to accommodate the updated communication preferences you mentioned. I wish you and your cats the best moving forward.
