Jake came to my house this morning and fixed my phone, in his vehicle, in about 20 minutes. He was extremely courteous and very professional and very nice. He replaced my phone's glass and installed a new battery. Overall a very painless process. This is such a good service. Jake and the owner, Muhammad are are to be commended.

Very nice and friendly customer service but needs to work on responding to customers a bit better, couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the phone for a while then got a message saying they were out of town. I have no issue with that but you could leave a voice mail message for your customers when they call so they know what to expect because I did have to wait a few days for someone to get back to me here on thumbtack. Other than that they fix the phones really well, and the fact that they travel to you if needed is a bonus if your busy at home and don’t have time to go drive to their office. They don’t overcharge customers and they have many different payment options available. Thank you for fixing my phone properly, it works perfectly.

We contact the customer upon receiving the request to get more information about the device. We try to setup same day appointments. A small deposit fee is required to make the appointment. We travel to the clients location for the repair.
