- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fare and competitive with our prices. You get what you pay for and our returning customers have always been pleased with our rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work to understand every concern our new clients have regarding our services. We avoid giving our clients surprises on our pricing or services, educating them on every detail that is important to do a great job at their event. Communication is huge for a successful experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe Robbins, the owner of The Face Exchange has a BA degree in illustration photography. Several of our staff also have college degrees in photography. Since much of what we do involves creative photography techniques, this is a major plus.
