However we decided to give 4 stars as they gave us an extra discount for working in healthcare and for trying to be flexible with service dates. Day of the original service, the team was a no-call and no-show. We received zero communication despite a few voicemails and quite a few thumbtack messages. When the team came a few days later, we did have a good experience. When the team came again for the final removal, Joshua was friendly and quick. A little too quick though and we feel like we did not get everything we paid for. The clean up and sanitizer was only done for the attics and none of the actual 3 bedrooms, which is where it truly counts, so we did have to do another final clean up and our own sanitizing. If we have issues again, we would hire them and we would be more vocal in what we expect."See more

I had pigeons getting into my attic and nesting there. They made a big mess inside and all the the old insulation had to be removed and replaced. I reached out to Jaylon through Thumbtack and he was able to schedule a free estimate the same day. After looking at the issue, he provided an estimate for bird removal, exclusion, debris removal, cleanup, sanitation, and insulation replacement. As the estimate was very competitive, I scheduled him to do the work the next day. Jaylon and his crew showed up on time and began working. They kept me updated on the status of the work and showed me progress pictures throughout the day. I can’t say enough good things about his work quality and professionalism. I highly recommend Attic Restorations for all your animal exclusion and attic restoration needs. Thank you!
