Without hesitation I strongly recommend JLD Services over the vast majority of their competition, and certainly over any other contractor I have ever personally used. Juan from JLD services exceeded all of my expectations in every manner. He was punctual, very polite, works efficiently and professionally and the quality of his work is suburb. The new chandelier he installed after removing the old ceiling fan from my 20 ft. ceilings looks amazing. He also gave me some quotes for some other projects I need done and JLD Services were among the lowest, but don't worry, Juan's work quality is superior. With Juan, I don't have the feeling I am being cheated or taken unfair advantage of due to my lack of sophistication. I am definitely going to use his services again for my upcoming projects!

We had Delcid's Painting and More complete 3 projects for us. They replaced a fence, replaced an area of ceiling that flooded in a spare bedroom, and repaired a leak in the roof. They were Wonderful! On time, no added surprise expenses, cleaned up all areas, and great communication. I felt very comfortable having them in my home when I was at work. We have already had him look at 4 new projects. Issac is the contractor we will call first!!

Anderson did a great job at a great price. He replaced two ceiling fans, moved one ceiling fan and installed one ceiling fan where there was only a ceiling light. The ceiling fan in our great room had to have some new wiring and a proper light switch installed and we are very pleased. When two of the ceiling fans had the same code for the remote control such that they were interfering with the action of each he changed the code so that now they operate independently. He also repaired a crack brick facing in our exterior brick wall--he chiseled out the cracked bricks and replaced the brick and mortar. Anderson is truly a handy-man--he is gifted in many areas and has a great demeanor, is conscientious, responsive and of course talented. I'll definitely call on him again!

They painted my living room, dining room and hall, ceiling, walls and trim, including 6 doors and frames. The work was excellent, very little dust and dirt, everything protected, including my newly refinished wood floors. The quality of the work is excellent. Painters worked quickly, but not sloppy. Over 700 sf finished in 2 days. I will hire them again for my family room when I get ready to do that one.

I have never written a review, but Betnun's went above and beyond my expectation. I have a 2000sqft upscale bridal salon, the job required to remove texture from most of the walls up to 20 ft by sanding and then apply a layer of skim drywall to the smooth surface. The paint will then need to be resand and another layer of paint to be applied. They were responsible for all wedding dresses, furnitures and jewelries to be placed in a separate area. They also remove the smaller light fixtures that were fragile, work half of the building first, cover the back of the building with plastic from top to bottom to prevent dust from getting into that area. They also remove the laminated flooring, smooth out the foundation and install new solid wood flooring with waterproofing glue underneath. They worked a 12 to 14 hours day for a week to meet the deadline despite there are obstacles coming up in between. They never rush on their job and I was happy that they took pride of the project and acted as if it's their own property. The owner is a great communicator between the client and the crew. They are very professional. The price is in good value for what you are getting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking care of my store!

Les worked for me on three occasions, each time for fairly extensive periods, averaging 2 - 3 months each time. Originally, I wanted to fix up our old place before selling it. The bathrooms were the main area of interest, and he suggested using tile for the lavatories which had originally been done in cultured marble that had yellowed and stained over time. The finished results looked outstanding. When he had completed the majority of the original work, a roof leak following a storm damaged my wooden floors and the ceiling and wall sheetrock upstairs. A few months later, Les returned and re-floored partial sections of two upstairs rooms. The original flooring had been applied with glue, so it was extremely difficult to get the floor level again so that new wood could be laid, but he managed to do so, and the net result was that the new flooring blended in seamlessly. Damage to the ceiling was also repaired expertly. Finally, when we moved into our new place, Les 1) made a number of sheetrock repairs throughout the house, 2) repainted most of the house (2400 sq. feet with several flights of stairs), 3) removed the carpeting and refloored the downstairs bedroom/office using hardwood, and 4) built a custom wall-to-wall (8' wide by 8' high) bookcase in one of the upstairs rooms, and 4) applied an epoxy coating to the garage. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of all of the work and feel confident in saying that Les can take on any challenge given to him. He is also dependable and trustworthy.

Rachelle & her husband Richard were nothing short of excellent! They were very quick in responding to our request and completed the jobs we asked (Installation of new attic entrance with stairs, replace ceiling fan, install door peep hole & install 2 garage ceiling shelves) at a MORE than fair price and it a very timely manner! My wife and I were extremely happy with them and if we have any other projects in the future they would be the first one we would call! Thanks again!

These guys came out to cut & re-install some baseboards we had removed when we did some work in the garage. Not only were they prompt in replying with a quote, they also managed to get someone out the next day - something I wasn't expecting! Both of the guys that came out were friendly, and did great work quickly. I would use them again for jobs around the house.

I hired Welton to remove the popcorn textures on my bedroom walls and ceiling. He visited my place before I hired him to take a look at the work to give me a quote. He got the job done within 2-3 days, and he did an amazing job. He was very open and communicative with me and also mindful of my space. I'm very pleased with his work and will be hiring him again for future work at my place!

Very happy with Jorge and his team! I communicated with Jorge via text messaging who was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Miguel showed up on time and ready to work, he was very friendly and proffesional. After the hole in my ceiling was repaired Miguel didn't quite like the way the texture came out (which i thought looked fine) so he went to home depot to buy a spray applicator. He was right! After using the new applicator the textured matched perfect to the rest of the ceiling. Jorge and his team went above and beyond and I will use them again for future projects.

Last year, I had the good fortune to discover Swan Home remodel over the internet and it has been the best thing for my home. Matt is professional, follows through on promises, and is honest about his work. I have an older condo in need of much attention, from small repairs to major upgrades, and after working with several contractors over the past few years, I really appreciate Matt's responsiveness, experience, and integrity. Prices are fair and I know what to expect. He most recently repaired a huge ceiling leak that covered 3 rooms. The work was completed neatly and on time, to which I can also add that he's just such a nice guy-- a necessity for anyone working inside my home.

I asked David to remove three old fluorescent fixtures from our kitchen, replace them with dimmable LED fixtures, and patch the ceiling, match the texture and then paint it. As the work progressed, we added lights and ended up having them paint the whole kitchen. They rolled with the punches and still completed the work when they said they would. They impeccably protected everything from the painting work and left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend these guys.

Over the years I have used many contractors but none come close to the Araz group. They initially came to remove crazy wallpaper from my ceiling. It was not a fun job. They did amazing work. Got it off and touched up and repainted my ceiling. As they were leaving they told me they could fix my horrible broken front door which 5 people had looked at and declined to fix telling me I needed an entire new one. Not only did they fix it. It lookes incredible. Instead of spending $1000+ for a new one I spent a fraction of that. I then had them do so many small jobs I needed. I needed some floor boards installed, knobs on cabinets, doors and trim painted, tile drilled into for wall gadgets, a sliding door that was too big installed where my washer and dryer are located. They did it all. They were punctual, neat and so Kind. I will use them again and again and again.

I hired Gary to replace/install 2 commercial doors on my warehouse which he did very well, but in the process I gave him a variety of other jobs that needed to be done such as hanging the ceiling in my office, fix the lock, fix some structural problems, wire lights, build a louvre box for my exhaust fan and I must say I was thouroughly impressed with his professionalism and very high quality of his work, his punctuality, and excellent communication. He is definitely a jack of all trades and I would highly recommend him to a friend or a family member. Also, it is worth mentioning that his prices are very reasonable and will not break your budget.
