Each package includes a set number of edited photos, a specified shooting duration, and other features. Custom Quotes: For unique projects or special requests, we provide custom quotes to ensure you get exactly what you need without paying for extras you don't. Discounts: We occasionally offer seasonal discounts and promotions, so keep an eye on our website or contact us directly for any current deals. Additional Fees: While our packages cover most standard costs, there may be additional fees for travel outside of the Houston area, expedited editing, or extra retouching requests. We'll always discuss these with you upfront so there are no surprises. Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final payment. Working with a new customer is an exciting opportunity for us to create something unique and memorable. Here’s what you can expect from our process: Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and preferences. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call. We'll talk about the type of photos you need, the style you prefer, and any specific ideas you have in mind. Proposal and Agreement: Based on our initial conversation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the project, the services included, and the pricing. Once we agree on the terms, we will send a contract for you to review and sign. Planning and Preparation: After the agreement is signed, we begin the planning phase. This includes scheduling the shoot, discussing wardrobe and styling, selecting locations, and any other logistical details. We also provide guidance on how to prepare for the shoot to ensure everything goes smoothly. The Photoshoot: On the day of the shoot, we strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable environment. We guide you through poses and expressions, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. We take a variety of shots to capture different looks and angles. Post-Processing: After the shoot, we carefully select the best images and begin the editing process.
