The day of the actual shoot she was nice and professional, however, after I didn't receive any photos. she said she mailed them out but I never got them. so I am going back and forth with her about my photos and she just stopped answering my calls/emails. she basically told me I was out of luck. during all this time I had contacted my post office telling them what was going on and that it should have been delivered. my shoot was in march 2012. I did not get my photos until AUgust 2012.they were sent to the wrong address and the post office were just holding them. even though that part was not her fault the fact that she took the oh well approach said a lot. before I got the pics back I got my refund from groupon. when I got my pics...the only pics that were nice were my kids...her others had no editing/touch ups at all.

If I could give no stars I would...getting this girl to respond to anything is like pulling teeth. We took my photos over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received anything. I have emailed her multiple times, never getting a response. I was told my pictures would be done in 3 weeks. 5 weeks later I have seen nothing. No photos no editing-nothing. I don't how she is "editing" my photos when I have yet to even see or chose the ones I wanted to purchase??? It wasn't until I told her I would be getting my money back that she responded saying that's how she gets "paid." So I gave her another chance- granted this is already the third time to never get a response. So she said she had my pictures.... Then when I asked for them- nothing. No response AGAIN. I will be getting my money back. The hassle you have to go through to get anything from her is ridiculous. She is unprofessional and I wouldn't reccommend her to anyone. Please save your money and use someone legit. I think her photos/work is nothing but a scam.

My girlfriend took her maternity photos the beginning of September, our first child, we met Courtney in Houston was out doing a photo shoot for 2 hours in the hot, humid park, but everything went great the day of the photos but after that day we didn't hear from her. It's january of 2015 & we still haven't received 1 photo out of the 15 photos we were suppose to receive this young lady is very un professional & very disappointed my girlfriend was so upset because once again this is our first child & she doesn't have not one photo when she was pregnant to look back on. I'll will be reporting & receiving my refund. I even texted her & let Her know that I would edit the photos myself if she could just send some that would be okay too but no not one reply. I just don't understand why waste people time.& money if your intentions were to not give the people there pictures. It's horrible!!

Poor customer service! I haven't even gotten to work with her yet because she will not answer phone calls or e-mails. DO NOT buy her Groupon!
