I had an existing 12 ft wide gate, opening at the center, in a cedar fence. It was wider than I needed and needed repairs. I wanted to convert it to a 6 ft wide gate by immobilizing half of the gate. It involved removing an old fence post remnant and the concrete around it from the ground, and then installing a new fence post and concreting it in place, and securing half of the gate to it. Also involved repositioning and reinforcing one of the hinges, installing a latch with padlock capability, and re-securing the bottom trim boards. The 3rd Coast Projects worker, Vinciente, I believe, arrived with the proper tools and proper experience to do a good job, and that he did. It went smoothly and efficiently.

Wow, I’m can’t recall a time I’ve had a contractor exceed my expectations the way Vicente did with my fence. He responds practically immediately, meets his time commitments and absolutely did a fabulous replacement job. He also fixed a sagging fence gate and once he stabilized it so it would stop dragging on the ground, he took the extra time to reinstall all of the hardware and hinges. He did all of this by himself and hauled all of the debris out and completely cleaned the entire work area in about 6 hours.
