Bob did out tile roof today and we’re very pleased with the results. His bid was a little more than 2 others I got, but I could tell the competitors didn’t have much experience with roofs. As you can imagine, tile roofs are very expensive and can be damaged easily if someone doesn’t know what they’re doing. Bob specializes in roof cleaning and has developed a PDP (air driven pump) system that mixes mild bleach and surfactants. This mix kills the mold and mildew growing on the tiles. It only took about three hours to treat a 6000 ft2 roof. Our roof looks like new again and makes the whole house look fresher. He’ll be doing my son’s 100 year old house in the Heights next. BoB is Amazing, oh my! I can tell you for sure he knows exactly what he’s doing, very efficient and very educative, my husband and I are first time home buyer’s and we are lucky we came accros Bob he told us exactly what kind of wash to do for our roof so we don’t mess-up the roof.. It is worth every Penny, and investing good money in to a service that will last 5 plus years it’s better than going the cheaper route. Thank you Bob..

I needed my 70’+ long driveway, front porch, archway, and chimney cleaned. Bob was fantastic about helping me understand exactly what I needed and why going with the cheapest bidder would actually do damage to my house. As soon as we settled on a date, he came and knocked out a massive amount of work within a few hours. He told me I should be fine for the next 2 years and even gave me tips on how to maintain my surfaces until then. Great person to work with, and a great experience.

I never price based I'm the look of your home or your perceived wealth. As a matter of fact I've done many jobs for free to help my community. The price will depend on what needs to be pressure washed And I will work with you as much as I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd love to talk to you about your options and possibly give you suggestions. But ultimately you are in control of your project and I will make sure that you are satisfied. Even if you do not hire me and have questions please call, I want to be a resource for you!
