Our carpet cleaning pricing starts at $85.00, for the first room. We also offer bundle discounts for multiple areas. A minimum service or trip fee may apply depending on location or small jobs. Extra services such as heavy stain removal, pet odor treatment, or enzyme applications are optional and always discussed beforehand. No hidden fees — everything is transparent upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-friendly. First, we gather basic details about the areas that need cleaning and provide an upfront estimate. Once approved, we schedule an appointment that works best for you. On the day of service, we inspect the areas, pre-treat spots and high-traffic areas, then perform a deep steam cleaning. Afterward, we review the results with you to ensure satisfaction. Optional treatments such as deodorizing or pet odor removal are available if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience and learning proper steam cleaning techniques, stain removal methods, and fabric care.
