Roberto arrived on time and set up the cleaning easily and the instructions for the carpets following the treatment. The two rooms as well as the hallway and the closet look wonderful. We are very pleased that we used RD Carpet service!

I had a wonderful experience with Ricardo at RM Solutions LLC and could not be more pleased with the results. Ricardo did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my home. He took his time, was very thorough, and you could immediately see the difference when he finished. My carpets looked refreshed, clean, and noticeably better than before.
What I appreciated just as much as the quality of his work was his pricing. His price was extremely reasonable, and I felt that I received excellent value for the level of service he provided. Ricardo was professional, courteous, dependable, and clearly takes pride in doing a good job rather than simply rushing through it.
It is refreshing to find someone who provides quality work at a fair and reasonable price. I will definitely be calling Ricardo again whenever I need my carpetscleaned, and I would feel completely comfortable recommending him to my family and friends for their homes as well.
Thank you, Ricardo, for the excellent work and great service. You have definitely earned a repeat customer!

Great experience from start to finish! Ricardo did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and was able to get out stains that I wasn’t sure would come out. Communication was great, he showed up right on time, and the pricing was very reasonable. The carpets look so much better now. Professional, reliable, and great service overall. I would definitely recommend Ricardo and use him again!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our carpet cleaning pricing starts at $85.00, for the first room. We also offer bundle discounts for multiple areas. A minimum service or trip fee may apply depending on location or small jobs. Extra services such as heavy stain removal, pet odor treatment, or enzyme applications are optional and always discussed beforehand. No hidden fees — everything is transparent upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-friendly. First, we gather basic details about the areas that need cleaning and provide an upfront estimate. Once approved, we schedule an appointment that works best for you. On the day of service, we inspect the areas, pre-treat spots and high-traffic areas, then perform a deep steam cleaning. Afterward, we review the results with you to ensure satisfaction. Optional treatments such as deodorizing or pet odor removal are available if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience and learning proper steam cleaning techniques, stain removal methods, and fabric care. I’ve worked with different types of carpets and upholstery and use professional-grade equipment and solutions. I stay focused on best practices to ensure safe, effective cleaning and great results for every customer.
