FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At SDA Investigations, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every case is unique, so our rates are tailored to the specific needs, scope, and urgency of your investigation. We provide detailed estimates before work begins and keep you informed of any potential changes. While we do not compromise quality for cost, we offer competitive rates within the industry and package pricing for ongoing or multiple services. We are proud to offer discounts for current law enforcement, veterans, and all other first responders as a thank-you for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a confidential consultation to understand your needs, objectives, and any time-sensitive concerns. We then review the available information, outline potential investigative strategies, and provide a clear estimate of costs and timelines. Once you approve the plan, we begin the investigation, keeping you updated with verified findings and progress reports. At the conclusion, we deliver a detailed report — and, if needed, provide testimony or additional follow-up to support your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong background in both the legal and investigative fields. Before founding SDA Investigations, I worked as a Deputy District Clerk, Office Manager, and Court Clerk for the 458th Judicial District Court in Fort Bend County, Texas. I also have previous experience in the bail bond industry, which sharpened my skills in locating individuals and navigating the legal system. My training includes private investigator licensing requirements, surveillance techniques, background investigations, fugitive recovery, and asset tracking — all of which I apply to each case with professionalism and discretion.
