We had a remodeling job for the kitchen and bathroom. Ashoka Lion was incredibly professional in the quotes and estimations. Our kitchen and bathroom were remodeled on time and the quote covered us to the dime. In response to a question about how they were able to do this, our Rep said that since they've been in business and have so many jobs under their belt they can estimate very accurately what can happen. Needless to say I was impressed.

1) I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. 2) I have a masters in accounting from UT 3) I have a law degree from University of Houston Law Center 4) I also have staff members with extensive training and experience in Association Management and Rental Property Management
