- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending on property type (home vs homeowner associations) and individual needs. For rentals we offer either flat fee service or percentage of rent plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a on boarding process where we understand the history of property and prior vendors who maybe working with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1) I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. 2) I have a masters in accounting from UT 3) I have a law degree from University of Houston Law Center 4) I also have staff members with extensive training and experience in Association Management and Rental Property Management
