What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Listing or Property Management fees range from 10%-18% depending on level of services. (one time on-boarding fee of $500) No Hidden additional fees.
Consultation services are also available starting at $125 an hour. Get help from a Certified Manager already in the industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would inspect the property to see it's readiness for listing. We will then discuss on which type of rentals you are wanting to market as far as nightly furnished or long-term.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified property manager with over 15 years in multifamily housing. Currently with a portfolio a 15 properties. Mix of single family, and multifamily. Most are short-term fully furnished Airbnb style but we also have listing management of conventional long-term rentals properties.
