- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are running a special for our Property Management at $99 a month if we listing your home! Also! Your first month of management is FREE. if the home is vacant we don't charge anything!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Steps to Signing up for Property Management 1. Phone consultation or email communication 2. Free Property analysis includes inspection and local market details, in person meeting 3. Prepare Management Agreement and Listing Agreement if applicable 4. Occupied, transfer paperwork and we take it from there. Non-Occupied- List home on MLS for Lease. 5. Verify Applicants Credentials 6. Approve Tenant, collect sec deposit and signed lease 7. Move tenant in. 8. Manage all aspects of home, tenant and repairs/HOA
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an A&M Graduate with over 10 years experience specializing in Real Estate and nearly 30 years combined with my Team. We are continually improving our education through Keller Williams Class Training and Texas Continuing Education to be up to date on all new State regulations!
