Wow let me tell I have been around quite a few realtors and its hard to find people who understand what you need and give you practical advice to land the house of your dreams. Kevin Ortega and his wonderful wife Perla are amazing people and have a wealth of knowledge on VA loans as well as the home buying process in general. If you are seeking people who are patient and willing to work hard for you, stop looking around and call Kevin Ortega. He worked diligently with me for months before we found the right house. We must have seen more than a hundred homes before landing the right house. Additionally, he has helped my dad with negotiating and purchasing a new home from a new home builder, and got him a really great value. I have also had Mr. Ortega help me to sell my home in a year and walked away with a great price on my home. His wife Perla is a marketing genius and helped to get my home sold in less than a week with multiple offers. In summation, if I could take Mr. Ortega with me to all of my moves I would certainly do so because I feel like he actually cares and works hard to get me squared away. Stop shopping around with the big box brand realtors and give them a call. Good luck to you all.
