- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At PMI Northwest Houston, we go through the process of first providing you a desktop assessment of your rental property including a free rent analysis. Our next step would be a site visit to come see what you need to get your home rent-ready, including code requirements. Afterwards we would list your home on the local MLS and our website which is syndicated to many other sites where millions of potential renters are continuously searching for homes. We pre-qualify prospective tenants, then run background checks to ensure we get the most-qualified tenant candidates for your home. After the tenants move in, we go above and beyond industry best-practice to ensure that tenant abide by the lease terms. Our owner client is continuously informed through the various communication channels we have including our 24-hour portal access.
