John is a fantastic person to work with. I have been using Real Property Management Affiliates for 4 years now. Very organized. Very responsive and proactive to keep the property in good shape. They also found me a very qualified very quickly and they were a fantastic tenant. Rented from me for 4 years and never missed a payment. John really vetted all the applicants and rented to the perfect candidate. I highly recommend, especially if you want hands off and let Real Property Management Affiliates handle everything.

RPM has made the process of renting my apartment so easy. With my difficult schedule I was able to communicate and get everything done electronically. Saved me time and it was smooth.
