- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. $125 a month and $99 to start. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice without any early termination fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is easy and we work at your pace depending on where you are at with your investment property. - If you have tenants currently, we reach out to the tenants for an introduction and transition. - If you're still making repairs, we can come walk through the home with you to discuss what is required based on Texas Property Code and what recommended to maximize your income. - If the home is empty and needs a tenant, we send out a photographer and start the process of listing the home for rent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our property managers are certified Real Estate Agents in Texas with over 5 years of experience in rental property. We are also active members of the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
