- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Absolutely not! Flat rate management of $70-$99 per month depending on number of units. 1 month rent tenant placement fee. $249 renewal fee. Simple, economical, fair. As a veteran owned business we offer discounts to military veterans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. We are constantly innovating and improving our systems and education. We are a licensed brokerage in the State of Texas. We constantly are upgrading to new software and technology to improve the productivity and efficiency of our agents and staff. We continually strive to provide them with the tools to do a great job for our customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After many years of investing we began to manage our own portfolio and got very good at the management side of the business. It was a natural next step to begin growing that business and offering the Professional Landlord service to the public.
