- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Management Fee: a sliding scale % of rent. The more expensive the rent, the lower our % management fee will be. Leasing Fee: 75% of the first months rent
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have this entire process down to a precise science designed to make EVERY step of the way as easy and simple for our clients as possible.. From the moment we first speak, through the entire onboarding process, we aim to put your mind at ease and build the foundation for a long-term successful relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Founders and brothers Steven and Greg both have BBA degrees from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Steven has a background in Management Consulting and Construction, while Greg used his accounting degree as an auditor with KPMG before transitioning to luxury real estate sales.
