I have only been with Shannon PropertyManagement for a couple of months, but so far I am very satisfied that I decided to choose them (and I did my research)! Greg is the best!!! He responded to my first inquiry right away and was available at 8pm on a Saturday his time for a phone call to discuss my propertymanagement needs. I live in CA, and he has made my first experience with renting out my property a complete breeze. He has been reliable, personable and communicative - answering all of my questions. I feel that I can trust him and It's nice that I don't have to worry about my property from here. Would recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Management Fee: a sliding scale % of rent. The more expensive the rent, the lower our % management fee will be.
Leasing Fee: 75% of the first months rent

We have this entire process down to a precise science designed to make EVERY step of the way as easy and simple for our clients as possible.. From the moment we first speak, through the entire onboarding process, we aim to put your mind at ease and build the foundation for a long-term successful relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Founders and brothers Steven and Greg both have BBA degrees from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Steven has a background in Management Consulting and Construction, while Greg used his accounting degree as an auditor with KPMG before transitioning to luxury real estate sales.
