I contacted Richard and the same day his crew came out and completed the job. It wasn't no leaving coming back his crew came right to my house and fixed my,2nd outside leak from the Winter Freeze , 2021. A very satisfied customer.

My Houston Plumber did a great job replacing cast iron sewer pipes. It’s an older home and the company, Select Warranty, whom I had a home warranty with sent a plumber out who had no clue where to find the clean out valve or where the City sewer line ties into my line. Select Warranty did not cover anything. I ended up paying cash for nothing On the other hand, I contacted Thumbtack and Richard from My Houston Plumber came out. And I described every fixture in the bathroom was backing up. He told me exactly what he was going to do, replacing 26 feet of cast iron pipe that was tied into all fixtures. He commissioned an amazing digging team. I was very impressed with how quickly they worked. I learned my home had no clean out but it does now as Richard’s team installed one. It’s been almost three months and everything is still working fine.
