Amazing job! Will definitely use them for any future plumbing repair needs. John responded very quickly to my request. He offered to come same day. He and his assistant were early to the appointment. They fixed my broken faucet handle quickly. They even noticed that there was a bad seal and caulked it without being asked, because they saw it needed to be done! I didn’t even know to look for that issue, but being experts they identified and fixed it as part of my service call. Great communication for everything, and they were very professional: took their shoes off in the house, respectfully discussed what the issue was, quickly addressed the problem, and just fixed something because it is a nice thing to do! Exceptional service!!!
