- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are a number of prices, depending on the resume package purchased. Pricing starts at $129.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to make the process super easy. All I really need is a client's original resume and I can get started re-writing it. If you don't have a resume, no worries! I have a worksheet you can fill out or we can talk through your career. If you have a link (or two) to job postings that you're targeting, you can send them to me as well so that I can properly frame your new resume. A client should visit my website (ghostresumes.com), view the client reviews, the resume examples and the price list for the various services offered. When you click on the "sign me up!" tab, there are 2 actions to hire your Ghost Writer. One - fill out the form on the left side and attach your resume; and 2 - select your preferred package and submit payment for the order on the right hand side. I am always available by email and I am happy to schedule a phone call and video call to discuss your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer, I have a Master of Arts in Communication from Johns Hopkins University, and I am a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers.
