- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the amount of squares (size of roof) that the roof has, the number of stories it has, and the steepness of the roof. The price is given as an amount per square. The price includes labor and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing the customer with information of the importance of maintenance, the process of insurance, and what to expect when getting a new roof. This will allow the customer to make an educated decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25 years of combined roofing experience. I have taken insurance adjuster courses and passed the exams that has allowed me to work for the past 4 years with insurance cases. The insurance training has helped to educate homeowners on how insurance actually works and what they need to do to maximize their coverage and avoid getting denied.
