- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at GPRC maintain competitive pricing, but our goal isn't to be the least expensive bid. We focus on providing value, not by having the lowest bid but by offering our quality craftsmanship and premium products at a competitive price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It drastically depends on the homeowner's situation. I often find myself working with clients that have received sudden weather-related damages to their home, all of these situations need to be handled differently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After years of working within the commercial construction industry, I transitioned to residential restoration. I have experience as an insurance adjuster, large loss consultant, sales representative, project manager, and estimator before deciding to take the leap and start my own roofing business.
