We could come with the product we say we could. We could not come the the desired color because there is a minimum purchase of 600 squares to customized the color in the desired roof materials DECRA when the roof area is only 94 squares. We were getting ready to come out with product and desired color and on the time of testing painting we called manufacturer to guaranteed that warranty would not be voided, but after speaking directly with manufacturer and territory manager of DECRA they send us valuable information regarding the warranty that would void warranty of the product if the panels are painted We understand that maybe the church is disappointed that nobody informed them that the Decra 50 year warranty would be voided by painting the materials. prior to submitting the agreement, but we JC&C Roofing are a company who works under the manufacturer specifications to guarantee warranties aren't' voided. We informed the church board regarding the warranty as soon prior to starting anything and on time of testing color of painted as planned and we came out with other similar roofing options to the desired product. We asked about customized colors directly form Manufacturer and DECRA requires a minimum of 600 squares or 3 tones of metal to be purchased in order to fulfill that order. We even look at the option of purchasing those surplus materials at a 20% upcharge but time to customized the order is 3 months. Initially on the time of negotiation the contract, we had other bids that were shared to us to see if we would match the price and we agreed and all the other bids stated the warranty won't be affected or voided. The only reason the back and forth seem extensive is because payment and service contract terms and conditions were negotiated. The representative from church told us they needed to finance 50% of the project for 45 days. We decided to assist them and we found a way of doing it in those terms. On time we send the contract the church would not agreed to our service contract terms and conditions and we respectfully look at their option and discussed it with our attorney before agreeing. We were honest and opened to discuss options and updates and We always said what we could do and what not. We are very disappointing that were not able to be of service. Other contractors are promising that they can get them the customized Red Brite color in the DECRA product, we don't know who is really telling the truth. The cancellation of the contract was proceeded without honoring the cancellation fee that also covers our precious time and we truly hope they get their desired color in DECRA products they wish to purchase with respective warranties.
