- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Newfield Roofing we want to work with our clients to help them restore their home back to working order. We understand that a roof project can be pricey and are willing to work with our clients to find a price that is accurate and fair to their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Newfield Roofing we start with an initial free inspection to get a better understanding of the current roof condition or to evaluate the damage for a repair. We will take detailed photos of the roof or damaged area and create a photo report that we will then provide to our clients with a detailed list of issues or concerns on the roof with our best advice on what needs to be addressed right away. Once we come to an agreement on what needs to be taken care of we will provide our clients with a detailed estimate for the work that needs to be completed. After we agree on price we will schedule a date that works with their schedule to complete the work.
