As 35 year owners of a 120 year old historical home my wife and I were adamant in preserving the integrity of the roof and structure. The old roof was a PermaLock aluminum shingled roof installed sometime in the late 1950's or early 1960's so we knew that the PermaLock claim lived up to its reputation in duration and product life. Having experienced damage to a roof hip from a weather event we were pretty sure we wanted another roof that would outlast our lifetime and have a transferable warranty when the property was sold. Following some research we found Rise Metal Roofing to be the current supplier for the PermaLock shingle. We gave Rise Metal Roofing a call and they responded by coming out the next day, this is when we met the owner Victor. He spent an hour looking at our roof and reviewing its condition. Victor then showed us the upgrades to the current product and the improved installation techniques that his crew would use in replacing our roof. From that point forward we were sold on Rise Metal Roofing and PermaLock shingles to complete the required upgrades and repairs to our home. After working with our insurance company Victor scheduled the installation of our new roof. I had the opportunity to watch the entire process from tear off of the old roof to replacement of the new. As homeowners knowing the shingles of the old roof were heading to the metal recycler and not the landfill also gave us some comfort. The time consuming fit and finish detail required in shearing and bending individual shingles with flashing for roof hips, valleys and ridges is something as a home owner we had not even considered. Watching the Rise Metal Roofing crew perform these techniques ended with us getting what we consider to be a custom PermaLock shingled roof fitted to our home that has a 50 year transferable warranty. Without reservation we can highly recommend the professionally installed Rise Metal Roofing and PermaLock shingles for any home.

Victor and the guys with RISE were absolutely incredible. The work they did on our Tiny House was fast, clean, and incredibly detailed. My girlfriend and I were incredibly impressed and are very happy we chose to go with this team. The metal shingles look AWESOME! Any time we need a roof, RISE will be getting our call.

Victor and his team were on time to do the gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation. Victor is very responsive and gets back to you quickly for any of your questions. They are thorough professionals and know what they are doing! Victor also took the time in explaining what is good for my gutter guards installation and what is not. They managed to complete the job in no time. They were happy to take a video and share with me before and after the job was done. The pricing to get both the jobs done was 1/3rd (or even lesser in some cases)of what others were quoting. I would definitely recommend Victor and his team for anyone who wants to get their gutters cleaned and install gutter guards. [SideNote: You would love having a conversation with Victor. :-) ]

First of all, we want to tell you Victor how much we appreciated you coming to us before the crew started to fill us in on the plans from start to finish and ask if we had any questions for you up front. You took the time to answer everything and made sure we were good to go!Next morning the crew arrived and we were very impressed that each one introduced themselves, shook our hands and got right to work! That first day they got all the roof cleanup done, laid the roofing paper and got the upper section of the cedar shingles completed. We were extremely pleased with what they had done considering the high heat temperature we experienced that day and would continue over the next few days! They were all very professional and courteous working great as a team to make things happen. At the end of the day, all of the scraps were cleaned up and their tools put away in nice order. We told them all how much we appreciated their commitment to doing the great job they did together as a team and that we wanted to let Victor know! They all smiled and thanked us for thinking of them.Several of our neighbors watched the process and commented how impressed they were with the looks of the material and the skill of the installers.
