The owner of Silver Ridge came out a day after the tornado hit the Cypress area. He gave me a free roof inspection because I had missing shingles. He was able to patch up some of the holes to prevent any more water damage from coming into the home. A few weeks later, Hurricane Berly came to Cypress before Silver Ridge could come out to replace the roof. Again, they were nice enough to come back out and fix any patches that may have come loose. Once the roof color and the insurance claim were processed, their supervisor reached out to me to schedule a time and date to start. Within a day I was on the schedule that week for installation. The team was quick to remove the roof and install the shingles in one day. no problems, clean up was a breeze.
