- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to the Service Location (Home or Business), Inspect the Roof System, Bring the Customer Photograph Proof of our Findings, and Issue an Estimate for Repair/Replacement.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Uncle took me under his Wing and taught me how to be a professional, and knowledgeable Roofing Technician. I then took my knowledge and built South Texas Roofing to what it is Today.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask lots of questions. Do some research about roofs on Google/YouTube and see if your roofer can match the answers. Education is KEY!!!
