- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest company and we are not the most expensive by any means. We typically fall about 40% less than the larger more reputable companies, while still offering the same quality and refusing to cut corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our inspection process is simple, we measure the property, inspect the attic and then provide solutions that solve your issues and fit your budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The reason we started White Oak Exteriors was because after working for the top roofers in the city of Houston for the last several years we learned the ins and outs of the industry, namely how much they were taking advantage of homeowners. We wanted to do better by our homeowners and thus, White Oak Exteriors was born. Now, because we've been in the industry so long, we have access to the same vendors, materials, labor, insurance and financing as the "Big" guys, we're just able to charge less because it's the right thing to do.
